PSAs (Public Service Announcements)

If you are interested in promoting your student organization or any not-for-profit group, program, or event on The LION 90.7fm, this is the place to tell us. We air Public Service Announcements (PSAs) free of charge for all UPAC-funded activities, many Penn State related events and programs, and also many local community and national non-profits and charities. We do reserve the right to refuse service, but this is a rare occurrence.

If you want a particular “run of schedule” for your announcement(s), such as frequency of airings and airings at particular times, then we ask for your support or donation.   Free PSAs are aired by both DJs and our automated programming, ONLY RANDOMLY.  There is no guarantee on the number of airings for free random PSAs.  IF YOU DO want a particular “run of schedule” or are interested in any kind of underwriting/sponsorship with us, please e-mail our Sales Department (sales@theLION.fm).

If you don’t know how to write broadcast copy, just give us the “copy points” or high points to hit under “other info” in the form below. Also let us know if your event is recurring or an ongoing service. Please give us — at bare minimum — two weeks notice prior to when you want your PSA to start airing.
